- Day 1: Arrive & Acclimate in Cusco
- Day 2: Travel to the Sacred Valley
- Day 3: Yoga/Body/Spa Day
- Day 4: New Year’s Eve Day - Machu Picchu with sound activation ceremony and end of year dinner
- Day 5: New Year’s Day - Machu Picchu For the ambitious to climb Waynapicchu, Young Mountain
- Day 6: Mindfulness, Integration at our home base in the Sacred Valley
- Day 7: Visit and volunteer at orphanage/school for traditional pupils.
- Day 8: Visit the spectacular ruins o P’isaq and shop in the local markets
- Day 9: Return to Cusco for final night efore depature to city of origin.

Meals are vegetarian using mainly ingredients filled with living energy from the organic gardens of the Sacred Valley where we will be staying. Even for the carnivore, the food will surprise you and satiate you. Coffee and tea made from herbs are available at no extra cost.
